Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

ORDA has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC's and monitors reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not yet possible. When you order products from the www.thisisorda.com, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible.

We may periodically offer discounts, promotions or 'sale prices' using checkout codes or clearly marked reductions to the normal price. Such discounts apply only to existing stock and may be withdrawn at our discretion without notice. Current discounts and promotions can only be applied singly, two or more discounts may not be used for the same purchase.

ORDA shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

ORDA shall not be liable to any person for any incidental costs or expenses incurred by late or non arrival of couriers or postal services for delivery or collection of parcels.

Some larger pieces and other of our storage items require timed delivery slots for your connivence. If our couriers are unable to deliver to you in the pre-agreed time window for reasons such as (but not limited to) no-one is in at the agreed delivery address, there is a vehicle or other access issue at the address that has not been specified by yourselves at time of order etc. then you will be liable for any redelivery charges issued by our courier.

Some Hyperlinks on www.thisisorda.com may lead to other websites, which are not under the control of ORDA. When you activate any of these you will leave the www.thisisorda.com website and ORDA has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any website which is not under the control of ORDA.

ORDA validates the order and credit or debit card details submitted to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

ORDA reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

ORDA has taken care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in store high street shops do not apply to www.thisisorda.com, and vice versa. All sales to UK (except Channel Islands) clients are subject to VAT on most goods at 20%, which is included in the prices shown in the online catalogue. Carriage is not subject to VAT. 

The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of ORDA or any of their employees or agents.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

ORDA reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.
