Refund policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery, providing the item is unused and in its original condition.  

 

To request a return, contact us at orders@thisisorda.com . A return address will be supplied during the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customised items are non-refundable and we cannot accept returns on these items. We can not always offer exchanges (stock dependant).

 

Your return package will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) upon receipt at our studio. We will refund the full amount minus shipping costs. Once processed, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear.

 

If a product defect is discovered, please contact us at orders@thisisorda.com within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase describing the issue and include a photo(s).
